Artwork Guidelines
Keep all important artwork inside the green border (such as text & logos). Make sure the background covers the whole template (including the areas outside the green border).
Use CMYK colours.
If you are having difficulty or not sure how to set up a template, send an email to support@custom flags.co.uk with your artwork plus the product and size you will be purchasing. We will then set up a proof free of charge which you can upload when placing the order. NB proofs will be low resolution and for upload purposes only - we will set up the artwork in high resolution and use this for print.

Delivery
All items are dispatched by next day courier once ready (with remote areas delivery may take 2 days).
If you require a faster service please call 01246 297600 to check if we are able to help (this will depend on our current workload).
Returns
Sorry but we do not accept returns of custom made products if you change your mind or they are no longer needed. All goods are quality checked before dispatch - any faults with goods should be reported to us within 3 working days of delivery.
